Three levels of air-con cleaning

We recommend work based on the unit's condition and actual needs. A dirty unit does not automatically need the most expensive service.

NORMAL SERVICING

Regular servicing

For units running normally and needing routine care. We clean the filters and accessible indoor components, check and clear the drain where needed, then test operation.

About blower wheels: Some models do not allow removal during normal servicing. We clean accessible areas in place and explain beforehand if full removal requires an overhaul.

CHEMICAL WASH

Chemical wash

For stubborn dirt, weak airflow or odours that regular servicing cannot resolve. We inspect first and explain the cleaning scope before starting.

CHEMICAL OVERHAUL

Deep chemical overhaul

For heavy dirt or mould when a standard wash is insufficient. Major parts such as the blower wheel, drain pan and casing are removed where the model allows, cleaned separately, then reassembled and tested.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE

Refrigerant Gas Top-Up

$50–$80per condenser unit

Weak cooling does not always mean low refrigerant. We check pressure and the unit's condition before adding gas.

Price depends on refrigerant type, system condition and the amount required. Repeated gas loss calls for a leak check.

Why clean and check regularly?

Start with filter care and routine servicing. When there is a clear problem, inspect before deciding whether a chemical wash is needed.

Check filters monthly

Singapore's NEA advises checking air-con filters every month and cleaning or replacing them when needed.

Service regularly

NEA also recommends regular servicing and an annual check. The best frequency depends on use and condition.

Weak airflow may mean dirt

Mitsubishi Electric Singapore notes that dirty filters, coils or blowers can reduce airflow.

If the indoor units still work and the outdoor unit is the main issue, we can assess repair or replacing just the outdoor unit, subject to model compatibility and safety.
